    Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep Refrigerated.
  • Heat oven to 450°F. Season salmon as desired. Bake skin side down in upper 1/3 of oven for 10 minutes per inch of thickness until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork and color turns from translucent to opaque (150°F internal temperature).

    OPTIONS: Grill, Microwave, Pan Fry.
