  • Pan Fry: Rinse fillets briefly under cold water. Pat dry. Season or dip in seasoned flour. Heat a nonstick or heavy skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add a small amount of olive oil or butter (1-2 Tbsp/fillet) to pan. Cook for 2.5 - 3.5 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until lightly browned on each side.
