    Ingredients

    Fresh Herbs: Parsley, Rosemary, Thyme, Sage. Seasoning: Onion, Garlic, Spices, Salt, Shitake Mushroom Powder.

    Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated. Rinse before use.
  • Rinse the fresh herbs and pat dry. Remove any tough stems and finely chop the herbs. In a bowl, combine chopped herbs with the seasoning packet and mix thoroughly. Place the prime rib on a sheet pan or in a baking dish and evenly coat with the herb seasoning. For best coating and cling, press seasoning blend into meat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 - 24 hours for best results. Cook prime rib according to your preference. Recommended for up to 5 lbs of prime rib.
