Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (about 375°F is ideal). Grill patties for 7 – 10 minutes per side. Remove at an internal temperature of 165°F. Let patties rest for 10 minutes before serving. Other Option: Air fry patties at 370°F for 10 – 14 minutes.
