Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or preheat gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Place sliders about 4" above medium heat (375°F). Cook for 6 - 7 minutes per side. Remove sliders from grill when internal temperature reaches 165°F.
