Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or preheat gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Place sliders on grill about 4" above medium heat (375°F). Cook for 6 - 7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
