Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Season patties as desired and grill at 375°F for 7 – 10 minutes per side. Remove at internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Other Option: Air fry patties at 370°F for 10 – 14 minutes.
