For your protection, follow these Safe Handling Instructions. Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 40 minutes until ash-covered or preheat gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Cook patties for 5 minutes per side over medium-low heat (325°F). Bank coals on one half of the grill or reduce gas heat to low. Move patties to the cool side of grill (indirect heat). Close lid. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
