  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 40 minutes until ash-covered or preheat gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Cook patties for 5 minutes per side over medium-low heat (325°F). Bank coals on one half of grill or reduce gas heat to low. Move patties to the cool side (indirect heat), close lid and cook for 5 - 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
