  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 40 minutes until ash-covered on one half of the grill or preheat gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Cook patties directly over medium-low heat (325°F) for 5 minutes per side. Move patties to the cool side of the grill or reduce heat to low. Close lid and continue cooking for 5 - 7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
