    Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
  • Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Season roast as desired and place on a rack in a shallow pan. Cook for 10 - 13 minutes per lb. Remove at an internal temperature of 140°F (medium rare) or 150°F (medium). Let roast rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Grill roast at 375°F for 30 - 60 minutes, turning often.
