    Allergens and safety warnings

    Keep refrigerated. Caution: Contains bones.
  • Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal if it causes you to pull your hand away in 4 seconds). Season meat as desired and grill at 375°F for 5 - 9 minutes per side. Remove at internal temp of 140°F for medium-rare doneness, or 150°F for medium doneness. Let meat rest 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

    Other Option: Air fry at 370°F for 6 - 8 minutes per side.
