Thickly cut to be about ¾" – 1" each, these H-E-B boneless ribeye pork chops are a deliciously juicy dinner option. Cut from the center of the loin in the rib area, they’re also known as rib chops. To prepare this Value Pack of chops, rub them with your favorite seasoning blend and toss them on the grill or in the air fryer.

    Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard them.
  • Grill:
    Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Season ribeye pork chops as desired and grill at 375°F for 4 – 8 minutes per side. Remove at internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Let chops rest for 10 minutes before serving. Alternative Option: Air fry ribeye pork chops at 370°F for 5 – 7 minutes per side.
