    Ingredients

    ORGANIC CANE SUGAR, ORGANIC CHOCOLATE LIQUOR, ORGANIC COCOA BUTTER.
  • Decadent Chocolate Chip Cookies 1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened to room temperature 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed) 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 large eggs 2 1/4 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 - 10 oz package H-E-B Organics Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (55% cacao) Heat oven to 350°F. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together in a large mixing bowl. Beat in eggs. In a separate mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add flour mixture to butter mixture in 3 separate batches, combining thoroughly each time. Add chocolate chips once flour mixture and butter mixture are thoroughly combined. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 11-12 minutes, or until golden brown and still soft. Remove from baking sheet and let cool on rack. Makes about 60 cookies
