Creamy Organic Chocolate Ganache 1 4-ounce package H-E-B Organics Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar (55% cacao), chopped into small pieces 5 tablespoon Heavy Cream In a small sauce pan heat cream just to a simmer. Remove from heat. Add chopped chocolate and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes to let chocolate melt. Whisk gently together until liquid is incorporated into chocolate and ganache is smooth. Spread on cake, brownies, cookies or just lick it off your fingers. Makes about ¾ cup
