Creamy Organic Chocolate Ganache 1 4-ounce package H-E-B Organics Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar (55% cacao), chopped into small pieces 5 tablespoon Heavy Cream In a small sauce pan heat cream just to a simmer. Remove from heat. Add chopped chocolate and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes to let chocolate melt. Whisk gently together until liquid is incorporated into chocolate and ganache is smooth.
