Ingredients
Pork.Allergens and safety warnings
Keep refrigerated.- Cooking Instructions:
Remove ribs from packaging and pat dry with a paper towel. Season ribs with your favorite dry rub.
Grilling Instructions:
Preheat grill to high heat. Place ribs on grill and cook for 6 -7 minutes per side. Remove ribs from grill and wrap them in foil. Turn off a portion of the burners and place ribs on the coolest side of the grill. Continue cooking for 1-1/2 - 2 hours at 335°F - 350°F. Remove ribs from foil, coat them with BBQ sauce and grill for an additional 5 - 10 minutes. Remove from grill and slice between each rib to serve.
Grill + Oven Instructions:
On a hot gas grill, cook ribs 6 - 7 minutes per side. Remove ribs from grill and place them in a shallow roasting pan and cover with foil. Cook ribs at 335°F for 2 hours. Coat ribs with BBQ sauce and place them back in the oven for an additional 10 - 15 minutes. Remove from oven and slice between each rib to serve.
