  • To Slow-Roast:
    Preheat oven to 350°F. Season tenderloin and place in an uncovered roasting pan. Cook for approximately 30 - 35 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the tenderloin reaches 145°F. Remove from oven and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing and serving.

    To Grill:
    Preheat grill to medium-high. Season tenderloin and place it on the grill. Cook for approximately 15 - 20 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the tenderloin reaches 145°F. Remove from oven and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
