Keep refrigerated.- Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F. Season pork rib roast as desired and place on a rack in a shallow pan. Cook for 22 - 26 minutes per pound. Remove at an internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Smoke pork rib roast at 300°F for 25 - 30 minutes per pound.
