Keep refrigerated. Caution: CONTAINS BONES.- Stovetop: Season pork chops as desired. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 1 - 2 minutes. Place chops in skillet and pan broil (using no oil) for 3 - 4 minutes per side, removing when meat reaches internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare doneness or 150°F for medium doneness. Remove from skillet and serve.
Other Options: Air fry at 370°F for 3 - 4 minutes per side.
