Keep chicken refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces, including cutting boards, utensils, and hands after touching raw poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard them.
  • Stovetop: Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and preheat pan for 1 - 2 minutes over medium heat. Place a single layer of chicken in skillet. Cook 2 - 3 minutes per side, depending on thickness or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove chicken from pan and serve.

    Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place a single layer of chicken in a foil lined baking pan. Bake uncovered 12 - 15 minutes, depending on thickness, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven and serve.

    Grill: Heat charcoal 40 minutes until ash covered or gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill 4" above medium-low heat (325°F is ideal). Cook 2 - 3 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove and serve.
