Description
Thickly cut by our certified meat cutters to be about ¾" – 1", this H-E-B Natural boneless ribeye pork chop is considered to be easier to cook than a thin chop, since it retains its juiciness as it cooks. Also known as a rib chop, it comes from the center of the loin in the rib area. To prepare, toss in a zesty marinade or seasoning blend before grilling or air frying.
