  • Grill or Smoker: Remove roast from package and season as desired. Preheat one side of grill to high heat. Place roast on the hot side of grill and cook until desired color or grill marks are obtained on all sides (about 10 - 15 minutes). Move roast to the cool side of grill and continue to cook while maintaining a grill temperature of approximately 350°F. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F. For a fork-tender roast, cook roast wrapped in foil to 185°F.
