Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes (until ash covered) or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Season steak as desired and cook for 4 – 8 minutes per side. Remove at an internal temperature of 140°F (medium-rare) or 150°F (medium). Let steak rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Air fry steak at 370°F for 5 – 7 minutes per side.
