Perishable. Keep refrigerated.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes (until ash covered) or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Season flank steak as desired and cook for 7 - 10 minutes per side. Remove at internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Pan-broil (using no oil) on medium-high heat for 5 - 9 minutes per side.
