Keep refrigerated.- Grill: Preheat gas grill for 10 minutes or heat charcoal briquettes for 30 minutes or until ash-covered. Place steak on grill about 4 inches above medium heat (375°F is ideal). Steak is medium-rare when internal temperature reaches 140°F (or for medium doneness, 155°F).
