Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes (until ash covered) or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Place pork riblets on grill and cook for 5 – 9 minutes per side. Remove at an internal temperature of 140°F for medium rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Let riblets rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Air fry riblets at 370°F for 13 – 17 minutes.
