Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Grill for 4 - 8 minutes per side to desired level of doneness. Remove at internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium. Let meat rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving.

    Other Option: Pan broil at medium high heat for 4 - 7 minutes per side.
