Description
Considered to be a cross between a regular lemon and a mandarin orange, the Meyer is somewhat sweeter than the regular variety. With a thin skin that turns from deep yellow to almost orange when fully mature, they're great for juicing and zesting. Use a couple Meyer lemons to make a delicious baked tart or a chunky chutney sauce.
