Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Air Fryer (recommended): Place chicken wings in air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 370°F for 20 - 25 minutes or until internal temperature of the wings reaches 165°F. Shake basket halfway through cooking time. Cook longer for crispier wings.

    Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place chicken wings on a foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of chicken wings reaches 165°F.

    Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Place chicken wings on grill about 4 inches above medium heat (375°F is ideal). Cook for 15 - 20 minutes or internal temperature of chicken wings reaches 165°F, turning every 3 - 4 minutes. Cook up to 25 minutes if crisper skin is desired.
