    Beef Southwest Marinade (Water, Canola Oil, Salt, Chili Blend(Chile Peppers, Distilled Vinegar, Garlic, Salt), Garlic(Garlic, Water, Citric Acid), Spices, Flavoring, Dehydrated Bell Peppers, Contains 2% or Less of: Vinegar, Dehydrated Onion, Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Cilantro, Xanthan Gum, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Lime Juice Concentrate, Lactic Acid, Sunflower Oil, Calcium Lactate, Natural Smoke Flavor).

  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill beef sirloin about 4" above medium heat (375°F is ideal). Cook on an open grill for 12 – 15 minutes/side, depending on thickness. Remove when internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Slice thinly across the grain.

    Stovetop: Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet on medium-high heat for 1 minute. Cook beef sirloin for 5 – 7 minutes/side, depending on thickness, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Flip frequently to avoid burning. Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice thinly cut across the grain to serve.
