    Skillet: Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet on medium-high heat for 1 minute. Cook skirt steak for 5 – 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice thinly cut across the grain to serve.
