Ingredients
Beef Chili Lime Marinade (Water, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Salt, Spices(Red Pepper, Chili Peppers, Black Pepper), Natural Flavors (Natural Preservative(Mold Inhibitor), Lime Oil, Cilantro Flavor), Corn Starch, Paprika, Citric Acid, Dehydrated Garlic, Xanthan Gum).Allergens and safety warnings
Perishable. Keep refrigerated.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill beef sirloin about 4" above medium-hot heat (425°F is ideal). Cook on an open grill for 5 – 8 minutes/side, depending on thickness. Remove when internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Slice thinly across the grain.
Stovetop: Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet on medium-high heat for 1 minute. Cook beef sirloin for 5 – 7 minutes/side, depending on thickness, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Flip frequently to avoid burning. Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice thinly cut across the grain to serve.
