Ingredients
caldo kit (potatoes, yellow corn, onions, zucchini squash, carrots, cabbage, celery, seasoning (salt, sugar, spices, granulated onion, granulated garlic, beef flavor (yeast extract, natural flavor (derived from amino acids)), corn oil, bell peppers, natural smoke flavor), jalapeno peppers), beef- Stovetop: Heat 2 Tbsp oil in an 8-quart stock pot over medium heat. Brown meat for 3 minutes per side. Cover meat with cold water. Slowly bring to a simmer. Skim gray foam from top until broth is clear. Add in seasoning packet and simmer, covered, over low heat for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until the meat is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. 5. Add vegetables to the stock pot during the last hour of cooking.
