    Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes or preheat gas grill for 10 minutes with the lid closed. Season kabobs to taste and place them on the grill about 4" above medium heat (about 375°F). Cook for 22 - 24 minutes for medium-rare doneness, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F, rotating kabobs every 2 minutes.

    Air Fry: Place kabobs in air fryer basket air fry at 370°F for 12 - 15 minutes, flipping kabobs halfway through total cook time, or until internal temperature of meat reaches 145°F. Let kabobs rest in air fryer 2 minutes prior to removing and serving.
