  • Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove plastic and place oven-safe tray on center rack. Bake for 15 - 17 minutes* or until seafood reaches internal temperature of 165°F.

    Air Fryer: Remove film from metal pan. Set air fryer to 350°F and cook for 16 - 18 minutes or until seafood reaches internal temperature of 165°F.
