Keep refrigerated.- Oven: Season lamb cubes as desired. Optional: Toss them in seasoned flour. Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat for 1 minute. Place lamb in Dutch oven and sear each side for 1 – 2 minutes. Add 1 – 2 cups of broth, juice, or water, add chopped vegetables and cover with lid. Place in oven and cook for 40 – 60 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
