    Intended for use as a first aid solution to reduce the extent of swelling and bruising and provide pain relief caused from acute injury to ankle, knee and tendons, strains and sprains. Not recommended for patients with poor circulation for impaired sensation conditions, temperature hypersensitivity or allergies to cold. Individuals with these conditions should consult with their physician prior to use. Do not use on areas with sensitive skin, open wounds, or previous ice burn. WARNING: Do not refrigerate or freeze before activation. May cause frostbite. Stop treatment and immediately seek medical attention if symptoms of frostbite start to occur. Use carefully. May cause serious burns. Do not use over sensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. The unauthorized use of instant ice compress by children or incapacitated persons can be dangerous. CAUTION: Supervise use on children, elderly or incapacitated persons. For external use only. Discard if punctured, torn or leaking. Harmful if swallowed, inhaled or in direct contact with eyes or skin. Seek medical attention for exposure to contents. Do not reuse. Single-use only.   • Use only as directed. Failure to follow instructions, warnings, and cautions could result in ice burns to the skin. Ensure Compress is at room temperature before activating. Firmly squeeze compress to break the seal on inner water bag. Shake compress until contents are thoroughly mixed. Inspect after activation. Discard if compress is torn or leaks. Wrap compress with cloth or towel to prevent direct skin contact. Apply to treatment site. Monitor skin during use. Approximate therapeutic time is 10-20 minutes. During or after treatment, seek medical advice for a reaction to skin, persistent numbness, pain or severe discomfort. Discard after single use.
