  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with the lid closed. Place rib chops on grill about 4" above medium heat (375°F). Cook for 4 - 5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let chops stand for 10 minutes before serving.
