    Safe Handling: This product was prepared from Inspected and Passed Meat and/or Poultry. Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Oven: Heat oven to 325°F. Season roast on all sides. Place bone side down on a rack in a shallow pan roast, uncovered, in center of oven for 25 - 30 minutes. Remove when a meat thermometer inserted in center (not touching bone) reads 150°F. For Medium doneness, let stand 15 minutes before carving.
