For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Cook thoroughly. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Heat charcoal grill 30 minutes until ash, covered or a gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill 4" above Medium heat (hold palm just above grate If heat causes you to pull away in 4 seconds heat is ideal - 375°F).
For 3/4" steak, cook 3 - 6 minutes per side.
For 1" steak, cook 4 - 7 minutes per side
For Medium-Rare or Medium, remove when meat reaches internal temperature of 140°F or 155°F.
