  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Season steak as desired, then grill for 7 - 10 minutes per side or until meat internal temperature reaches 140°F for medium-rare doneness or 150°F for medium doneness. Let steak rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

    Other Option: Air fry at 370°F for 3 - 4 minutes per side.
