Beef.- Cut into 10'' sections. (Optional: Tenderize each side of meat with a Jaccard, then marinate 6 - 24 hours in an acidic marinade in the refrigerator.) Grill 4" above Medium-Hot heat (425°F is ideal). Cook 5 - 8 minutes per side depending on thickness of the meat with grill lid open. Slice thinly across the grain to serve.
