Beef.Allergens and safety warnings
Keep Refrigerated- Season, baste or marinate 2 - 24 hours in the refrigerator. Heat charcoal 30 minutes until ash, covered, or a gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill 4" above Medium heat (375°F surface temperature is ideal) and cook 11 - 12 minutes per side or until internal meat temperature reaches 140°F. Let stand 10 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.
