    Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast With Rib Meat, Water, Seasoning (Potato Starch, Sea Salt, Vinegar, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Yeast Extract, Dextrose, Spice, Citrus Extract).

    Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Skillet (Suggested): Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1 Tbsp oil into pan and heat for 30 - 60 seconds. Place chicken slices in a single layer into the heated oiled skillet. Cover and heat on medium heat, stirring periodically, for 6 - 8 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.

    Microwave: Place chicken in a single layer in a microwave-safe dish. Cover with paper towel. Heat on HIGH until heated thoroughly. To cook one 3-oz portion: 1 – 2 minutes. To cook entire package: 2 – 3 minutes (stirring after 2 minutes). Let stand for 1 minute before serving.

    Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F with rack in center of the oven. Spray a foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken strips in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 6 – 8 minutes or until chicken is warmed through, flipping halfway through cooking time with a spatula. Let stand for 1 - 2 minutes prior to serving.

    Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 390°F. Place chicken strips in basket in a single layer. Air fry for 3 - 5 minutes or until warmed through. Shake/toss chicken in basket halfway through cooking. Let stand for 1 - 2 minutes prior to serving.

    Do not overheat; product is already cooked. Due to variations in equipment, heating time and/or temperature may require adjustment.
