For your protection, follow these Safe Handling Instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove brisket from packaging. Place a large sheet of heavy-duty foil in a large, shallow baking pan. Place brisket in center of foil, fat-side up. Pour 1/3 cup water over brisket. Seal foil edges tightly, leaving a 2-inch space between top of brisket and foil. Heat brisket at times below or until warmed through:

    • 50 - 70 minutes for a 4 - 5.5 lb brisket
    • 65 - 80 minutes for a 5.5 - 7lb brisket

    Microwave: Place slices on a microwave-safe plate in a single layer. Cover with paper towel. Microwave 2 - 4 slices on High power for 45 - 90 seconds or until heated thoroughly.
