Fully Cooked. Keep Frozen Contains Wheat & Milk.- Oven Method 1. Heat oven to 425°F with rack in center of oven. 2. Spray a foil lined baking sheet with non stick cooking spray. 3. Place frozen chicken strips on a baking sheet; arrange pieces 1 inch apart in a single layer. 4. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown in color. Turn the product over halfway through the cooking process. 5. Let stand 1 minute. Microwave method 1. Place 2 frozen chicken breast strips on a paper towel-lined plate. 2. Cover with a paper towel. 3. Heat on high power for 2 minutes or until heated thoroughly. 4. Let stand 1 minute. Do Not Overheat, Product is Already Cooked.
