  • Oven: Preheat oven to 250°F. Remove roast from packaging and place fat side up in a shallow baking pan and into oven. Roast is heated through when the internal temperature reaches 115°F. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 – 10 minutes.

    To Carve: Remove roast from pan with a large carving fork and place on a cutting surface, fat-side up. Secure roast with a fork and cut downward with a large, sharp knife into slices. Arrange slices on a serving platter or individual plates.
