  • Stovetop:
    In a wok or large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp of oil over high heat for 3 minutes. Carefully add frozen vegetables to wok. Stir fry over high heat for 3 – 5 minutes or to desired tenderness. Season to taste. Do not overcook.

    Microwave:
    To cook half the package: Place frozen vegetables and 1 Tbsp of water in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain and season to taste. To cook the whole package, use 2 Tbsp of water and cook for 7 – 8 minutes. Microwaves vary; cooking time may need adjustment.
