Ingredients
CARROTS, GREEN BEANS, CORN, PEAS.Allergens and safety warnings
Keep frozen at 0°F or below.- Microwave (preferred method):
Place bag of frozen vegetables in the microwave. Do not cut, pierce or open the bag. Microwave on HIGH power for 4 - 5 minutes or to desired tenderness. As the vegetables cook, the bag will rise and swell as the steam forms. Once the bag is removed from the microwave, it will soon deflate. Contents will be hot. Carefully remove vegetables from the bag and season to taste. Microwave ovens will vary. Cooking time may need adjustment.
Stovetop:
Bring 2 cups water to a boil over high heat. Pour in frozen vegetables and return to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 4 - 5 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain and season to taste. Do not overcook.
