  • Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook for 18 - 20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. Do not microwave. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.

    Air Fryer: Set air fryer to 370°F. Cook for 6 – 8 minutes. Do not microwave. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
